Completely agree with this. In terms of DnB, I fucking love what Richard puts out, and this has the makings of a classic but I don't like the vocal at all. It kills the track.

Build that track out, give it some structure, and if you really want vocals, get someone to add them after.

I love it.

my 2c - have to agree that it could use a better vocal, its also crying out for a little bit of sub here and there, just to make it pound a bit

EVOLVE - your bonemarrow track has a cool laid back Italian cat walk feel to it but I'm wanting tighter drums personally with generally shorter samples as this would offer a nice foil against the lazy attitude of the bass. A really tight and thumping kick for this one I think - like a punch in the chest. The little vocal parts I wouldn't mind hearing in a couple other parts of the track.


Thanks for everyone's thoughts on my DnB WIP, I'm onto it. I would try and get this local guy to do the vocals.
Taking my time as I don't want anymore fuckups with execution.

New track here , going for a uplifting acid vibe, not fully finished so comments welcome
