This is seriously nice. I think it could do with a few more breaks from the piano in the 2nd half of the song, but it's beautiful. I think the mix is like a nice warm cup of hot chocolate. So if that's what you were going for, then... you did it. I think some sweeping transition FX would aid the song, but it might take away from how raw it feels right now. I don't really feel like it has a climax or an ending - it sort of feels a bit like an interlude, but IDK if that's what you were going for stylistically. I think I'd like to see the progression get a little more complicated and then simplify again when the track starts to end.

I don't think it's boring and loopy. I think at most it's just not trendy. I feel like you hate deadmau5 but you make a lot of stuff that reminds me of his earlier productions. (Read: This is not a bad thing.) I think the vocal sample in this is really cool and used well. It's also mixed well, but it's not like you don't know that. (idk if you're joking, but regardless) Don't play your track down dude... Be your own worst critic but in a positive way. You're very talented and you write really good music, but I think you need to believe in what you create a little more. There's nothing we can tell you here that isn't just going to be anecdotal style advice. For instance, I think the snare in your track could be a lot better - but who cares? My "better" is just what I've been influenced to enjoy based on the music I like to listen to. There are things that we can all give objective advice on, but nothing about your track is objectively bad. You have to know that by now. You've made so much music and so much of it is awesome. You seem glum a lot when sharing it which is the reason I typed all this crap. You make good music! Be happy!

ANYWAY
This is a new remix I started for my friends Bassfarmers. The only think I used from the original is the vocals. Not even in the same key
The original is pretty kick ass too. The first time I listened to it though I knew exactly what I wanted to do with the vocal. I totally changed the arrangement of them.
Nice one, Seandroid. You really love those gritty mechanical sounds, eh? Please keep doing it, makes my ears happy.

Sean, I tall you what, you finish this and I will help you push it to a radio station man - still would like to have more vocal elements in this remix but I like what you doing so far.

Mac, finally got yourself to produce again lol -> it is about time man - I like this slowly evolve vibe in your WIP with mellow-pleasantly smooth but catchy texture behind in it (this bass line) but as Seam mention in his comment "....I think the snare in your track could be a lot better" you may wont to take a look on those snares sample and see if EQ or taking some wet of your delay would help you achieve this desirable results or simply find another sample lol.
It is all good man, you are still danger

Toby, to be really honest with you my friend I didn't quite get this track vibe after running it ones (for some reason) only after sit on it for like few times I started to slowly appreciate this emotional aspect of it - there is some structural elements/parts which I still don't fully understand but again this is your vision of the music not my - I would call it "Trance Interlude" (like Sean mention already) lol

Indeed, the more it sounds like I can remake it in a high school shop classroom, the better.
Thanks!

Whoa - thanks dude!! Yeah, there is more vocal stuff later. I just added the chorus actually if you play the same embed above again.
Really nice production. Vocals feel a tad too loud to my taste. Especially the sibilance is hard on my ears. Other than that really cool vibe going on. Well done .
A complete overhaul of the remix I posted several weeks ago. Not really happy about this yet. Some parts progress too little and others too fast making it feel a bit incoherent to me. But I know where I want to go with it so I'm guessing it will all be alright. Some feedback would be nice.
