What you don't like big bass? You're to old to be specific just give up.
Palm has a point;
"sound emphasis: Big Bass"
That's bad enough by itself but on the very next line:
- Frequency Response: Essentially flat from 20 to 20,000 Hz
You really can't have those two in the same sentence. It's either flat or it's not.
I'll try the m44-7 next time I need carts but I'm not sure I can find my headshells. hopefully still in the box....

Stop believing the marketing bullshit. - I think thy're making different model numbers juts get different people to go "Finally, I have needles for my 2-step dubfolktronica sets!".
Sure some are weighted more than others and some have more output, but honestly I bet the difference is so marginal you could never tell in anything less than an ancohic chamber.

Have you emailed Shure or at least their European distributor and asked if they ship to anywhere in N0rsk?

While I'll agree with that they're not that easy to break, ease up on the insults man. Woddy's one of the nicest guys in the industry and I'd hazard a guess that his game is just fine

I use the M44-7's and the Ortofon Nightclub S (Om headshell models only). Love both of them. However, I've found the styli on the 44's tend to last longer and cheaper to replace.
