Alesis AirFX question ..

anyone here using a alesis airfx ?
i cant seem to get my airfx to work throught the send/returns of my mixer (djx700) but it works find if i route my main output thru the airfx before going into my amp.
right now i'm not sure if this is because my mixer is crap or is it because the airfx isnt meant to be connected to the send returns.

help anyone ?

I had the same problem when I had mine in the send/return. Some of the effects work fine, but others don't. I just route the out from my mixer into it and the out from the FX to the amp.
