Recommend an analog synth

I'm looking for a warm, fat, analog hardware-based synth for lo-fi trap, dark synth music. Preferably something $1,000 or less. I used to have an Access virus but it was kind of limited in the variety of sounds that I got out of it. Maybe I should check out a used Waldorf Q?

I used to have a Virus C. It had some cool sounds, but the tone generator seemed one-dimensional. I wasn't getting enough variety of sounds out of it.

On a side note, what synths would you guess were used to create these two sounds...
