Dunno Audiophile 192, connecting Mixer to a two channel soundcard ?

so im in need of some help here, if someone who owns an audiophile 192 could help me out, even better, but im sure some people here know what to do...

so heres my problem, i want to connect my computer to my Nuo 4 to run traktor 3 and i was reading up on the audiocard i just purchased (should arrive in two-three days) and read that the connectors are TRS connectors...and i have no idea what that means, and now, i have no idea how im going to connect the card to my mixer's
Audio In and PFL Inputs (see input 5 on pic)
so here is the Audio Card:

Another pic of what each connector is on my Audio Card...

Here is the back of my Mixer:

as far as i know, Monitor out (TRS) L and R, go to Input 5 PFL (stereo RCA's) and Main Out (TRS) L and R go into Input 5 Audio In (Also Stereo RCA's)

what i want to know is what cables do i have to buy and how do i go about hooking this up and making the connection exactly what connections do i make...

im really stumped on this manner, any help is appreciated...

TRS 1/4" - balanced mono output. the inputs in the back of your mixer are usual UNbalanced RCAs. So you need a TRS 1/4" jack -to- RCA connecter..

take Left Master TRS and connect to Left Line In via TRS-RCA connecter (on channel 1) (if exists)

take Right Master TRS and connect to Right Line In via TRS-RCA connecter (on channel 1) (if exists)

do the same for channel 2, 3, 4 if needed

run Traktor 3 and do the proper settings. done ;-)

p.s. also you can ship the Nuo4 to me as an option. positive feedback and a box of chocolate guaranteed!
