if i had my monitors like that it would sound horrible....

maybe get some mopad matts i just invested in those to stop the resonation. I cant imagine you getting a good ear of sound where they are thats all, though i may be wrong. go the handy man repairs, even pull your desk out if needed get some stands bud (-;

Edit: already on stands lol - shift them back pull your desk out then.
