Hey Ry, nice setup. How are you getting on with the d8b? I miss not having those plugins.....

And which OS did you find was stable in the end?

Yes they are, they're terribly good. You can do loads on them and when you transfer to monitors it sounds virtually identical(not like when using some cans and everything has to be altered)

i'm looking to get the 702's. do you use a special amp for your 701?

they are actually 8040, they look so small in that pic. No need for sub yet, they go pretty low..

Hi mate, it took a bit of getting used to but i'm really liking it, the sound quality is great and it's rock solid. I'm using 5.1 with no problems *touch wood*

Oh, what's happened to your A#?

I also have HS-80's, nice elegant visual no? And sounds nice for EDM!

No mate, my mixer has 2 outputs for headphones that are more than loud enough

Posted by WirelessEyes on Jan-29-2009 19:59:

Yeah, the A# got busted at a live show.. but it was very memorable for me so I kept it just to remind me about the music that night, etc.

I'm in Orlando now attending Full Sail University for a Recording Arts Degree

used to have one myself...the 25 key version. if it was the 49 key version, I'd probably still have it if only for the midi functions! the keys felt pretty nice, I must say.

The PreSonus HP4 is quite good for the price.

Awesomeness, I know a few people who graduated there

Posted by cryophonik on Feb-01-2009 07:14:

I added a few new synths over the past few weeks, so I thought I'd show some of 'em off. The Voyager and Mopho are new and I also picked up a DSI Poly Evolver Rack and Waldorf MicroQ (not shown). I'm going to compare all of them over the next few weeks and decide which ones to keep and which ones to sell.

Posted by Ry Thomas on Feb-01-2009 09:50:

Let me know how the Voyager and Mopho are dude, been interested in both of them
