I'd really prefer if people didn't reply to those threads - it's not just that they get bumped, it's that the UI for suspension makes it really easy to accidentally suspend the person who replied instead of the person who spammed... -DG]

Reminder: No conversation in the complaint department. It undermines the whole system if we get notifications for non-issues. Violators will be shot on sight suspended.

P.S. There were a few complaints about people promoting sample packs and such, but that's never officially been against our policy - in fact, a long, long time ago, when I asked what we should do about that kind of promotion, most people were against any kind of punitive policy. It's never too late to revisit that decision, but it should be hashed out properly in a separate thread.

Regarding the promotion stuff, I'm taking that on a case-by-case basis, as I do realise it's useful to a lot of folks here. Most of the time I don't really mind, but when someone makes a thread like "Preset templates to make yourself sound like David Guetta!" then they're outta here.
