Thanks guys. So there is really no difference in performance that you know of?
It is only in the sound propagation. The rounded corners decrease some perturbations that are due to the design of the old version
Been DJing for about a year, after i decided to spend about 1/4 the money I saved up I love my equipment but i was just wondering do u think the XONE Series by allen & heath is better overall than the pioneer DJM series?
Because one of my friends wants to trade me a XONE 4D For my DJM 800 and EFX 1000 Should I do it?
Thoughts?

Built to order to fit my gear from dualsf.com.
It was expensive. And took four months to get it (just arrived this week).
The laptop is really too big for where the EFX is (17"), and where would I put the EFX?
Plus, I really don't like having the laptop as a focal point. It's there to hold all my music in traktor scratch, nothing more

Originally posted by skip wow! that's some sexy stuff right there! is the table custom made or did you buy it somewhere? i'm kinda wondering why your laptop is on the side and not where the efx is though? |
Umm, you can't do that for the following reasons:
1. Traktor scratch will ONLY work with the Audio 8 sound card from Native Instruments, OR a Traktor Scratch certified mixer.
2. Traktor studio does not support timecode control unless Traktor Scratch is also installed on the same machine.
3. Traktor scratch is not a free download, and must be registered/activated using a valid serial number.
They just dropped the price to $499 USD though. Really is a nice package.

What is on the top left corner of the table? I have no idea.
