Although this wouldn't be expensive to make I haven't seen any soundcard like that!

If you are interested in sound quality get an the RME soundcard with the rca I/O.
You would be converting digital to analog back and forth but the convertors are very good!
Techno DJ producers like Chris Liebing and speedy J use these and they sound great!
They are not cheap ($500) but suggest this judjing from judjing from your setup.

If you are concerned with budget I would suggest an m-audio audiophile.
They are cheap - great value for money and for all dj purposes they will get the job done.
They also have spdif in to record via the mixer.

How do you like that Ecler NUO 3? In comparison to other mixers, how good is it?

Before that one, I had a Akiyama MCX.
The Akiyama had a production failure (sounds topped sometimes) but besides that, the ecler isn't that much of an upgrade for me. The big EQ knobs are great but if I would do it over, I think I wouldn't buy the Nuo 3 again. For me it's a little too expensive for what you get.

I don't even know which I would buy. I just needed a good quality mixer without effect (I don't use them anyway).

Maybe it's just because I was used to the Akiyama but at my resident place I use a Rodec, which I like, and I spinned a couple of times on a DJM800, which I like even more.

If you don't want all the extra stuff like FX and other gizmos, try Allen & Heat mixers.
