When NWO finally gain full control of the internet, the masses will simply create another new internet, owned & operated by the people, for the people. Each household just needs to purchase an ethernet cable, long enough to reach their closest neighbour, and a router or switch, creating what is essentially just a LAN that spans worldwide. A WAN. We will need to create a new IP protocol with enough bits to assign an unlimited number of IP addresses. And we will need to create some sort of EMP shielding to protect our public-owned private networks & devices from our NWO reptilian overlords.

We can also just connect via some sort of Bluetooth relay.

The cable networks & satellites are owned by corporations so they can exercise whatever control they like.
