Originally posted by clay i like it. tidy, big space, monitors in the right height and also many enough to be able to monitor the mixer, the sequencer, and the instruments simultaneously. and you have a midikeyboard with more keys than most, my bet is with this setup you can get a lot of creativity down into your projects effectively. i like it. i guess you work with headphones only as there are no monitors there, you might want to invest in some speakers and a soundcard, you seem to have space for it, other that that; perfect. |

Got a couple new toys, Yahoo!
Can't wait for the Bass Station 2 to arrive, already bought an unbalanced mogami cable for it
Its "secret development"
Not really part of my "home studio" but my field recording equipment just came in.
Stereo pair of Rode NT5 cardioid microphones with "Dead Kitten" wind screens.
Gator Frameworks Tripod Mic Stand w/Boom
K&M Adjustable Stereo Mic Bar
Tascam DR-100MKII Recorder
Not the best setup in the world but it will do for now!
What are you going to be recording with the field setup?

Time to get to work.
DX7, huh? Nice one. I heard it's a bitch to program, but you can get some really nice sounds out of it.

My Zoom H6 just came in. 6 Inputs (1 Stereo, 4 XLR/TRS). Best thing is it has ASIO drivers so I can use it not only during field recording but also as the primary playback/recording device from my DAW.
Got my Kawai k5000, in love!
Need to fill this lunchbox up, already have a harrison eq with highpass and low pass filtering.
