I've got 3x Lynx Two cards which are recommended to be internally or externally clocked, will probably be looking for an external clock for these soon

A few photos of my newest gear - I replaced a few synths with a Kurzweil PC3X and my Polar with the keyboard version (wanted more keys):

Very tidy (in both senses of the word) setup

Looks like I'm going to miss a lot Dave, damn it, maybe next time lol.

Cheers

Thanks, Dave!

I just got over a six-month stint in recovery for gear-lust and you've caused a relapse!

Nice and clean as new studio. I do have to admire it.

Yeah, that's probably true by most people's standards. But, I like my studio just the way it is.

Congrats Egos! Now post some pics of the studio.....

super minimal and boring looking now, as i'm all ITB, and got rid of my virus, but at the same time it's such a huge improvement in my work-flow and the quality of my production lately

My humble setup - not as photogenic as Dave's....

Posted by counterfeiter on May-15-2010 15:05:

I've officially began my basement for the BASSMENT studio build.

This is my temp studio in the master bedroom (the wife is cool with that), I have more equipment in boxes.

This is the early statge of construction of my basement studio...
Its not quite complete yet but I'm almost there.

This is what's behind the drywall. Roxul Safe & Sound insulation as well as Resiliant channel.

Now I'm almost ready to paint, then floors, doors and trim.

Modest, to say the least. Loving some of the pics up here. Especially the overhanging MIDI keyboard. Reminded me of my precariously-placed speakers!!

PS. Does anyone else have issues with neighbours - it's a MASSIVE creative block for me waiting for the next whack on the cardboard walls!!

They're both HS80s - so 8 inch.

Don't forget to put the obligatory Existo22 mark-up on your drywall.

Hey man are you actually building this yourself or have you hired a company?

Lol, Absolutely true - you can have room treatment, sprung floors, bass traps, as much owens corning as you can possibly buy, but it's not a studio unless I HEART EXISTO22 is on the drywall.
